These granola bars are made in large batches, making it the perfect recipe to make the night beforehand and leave to set overnight. Incorporate this recipe into takeaway breakfast or in hospital or school canteen menus.

Ingredients

50ml Pauls Professional All Natural Yoghurt
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
4 tbsp honey
2 cups rolled oats
1 egg white
1 tsp cinnamon

Dressing
50ml Pauls Professional All Natural Yoghurt
2 tbsp icing sugar

Method

Preheat oven to 170°C fan-forced.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Once combined, pour into a brownie tray lined with baking paper. Flatten out the mixture evenly, ensuring it reaches the edges of the tray. Place into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Once golden, remove from oven and cool.

Dressing

Mix the icing sugar and Pauls Professional All Natural Yoghurt into a small bowl.

Presentation:
Use a whisk to drizzle the mixture over the baked bars then sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until set then cut into rectangular pieces. Serve.
