A healthier take on a breakfast classic, this recipe can be changed to suit different seasons depending on available fruit.

1 ½ cups Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt ¾ cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Apple and Pear Yoghurt 5 ¼ cups Pauls Professional Full Cream Milk 6 eggs 3 tbsp vanilla extract 6 cups plain flour 5 tsp baking powder
Generous pinch of salt
Fresh Berries
Preheat waffle iron. In a large mixing bowl whisk plain Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt, Pauls Professional Full Cream Milk, eggs and vanilla until combined.
Sift in the dry ingredients and mix until batter is smooth. Grease waffle iron and cook waffles.
Presentation:
Top with Tamar Valley Greek Style Apple and Pear Yoghurt and garnish with fresh berries.
