Incredibly versatile, this recipe can be incorporated into either a breakfast, snack or a dessert menu.

1 cup Pauls Professional Trim Milk 2 apples, grated 2 cups rolled oats ? cup pecans, roughly chopped ? cup sultanas 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup brown sugar 2 cups plain flour, sifted 2 tsp vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees fan-forced.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and stir well.
In a separate bowl, combine apple, oats, vanilla, nuts, sultanas, milk, brown sugar and egg. Stir well.
Fold all ingredients together. Use paper muffin cups inside muffin tray. Spray with cooking spray. Evenly distribute mixture. Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Presentation: Once cooled, serve with butter.
