Kale has zero fat content, is high in fibre and low in calories. This is a great smoothie to add into your drinks menu as a healthy alternative.
1/2 cup Pauls Professional All Natural Yoghurt
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
2/3 cup coconut water
Vanilla extract or essence to taste
Blitz all ingredients into a blender until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add a few ice blocks and blitz again.
Presentation:
Pour into serving glass or jug and serve immediately.
