Smoothie bowls are the latest breakfast trend, but are just as simple and quick to make as a smoothie. Perfect on a breakfast menu recipe with contrasting coloured fresh fruit and nuts.
4 bananas
2 generous tbsp Pauls Professional All Natural Yoghurt
1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
Vanilla extract or essence to taste
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
¼ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup of ice
¼ cup cocoa nibs
Blitz bananas, yoghurt, cocoa powder, vanilla and ice in a blender until smooth.
Presentation:
Garnish with blueberries, cocoa nibs and coconut. Serve immediately.
