The incorporation of Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt into this recipe gives a delicious dessert classic a new and healthy twist.

300g high quality dark cooking chocolate, broken into small pieces 2 ¼ cups Pauls Professional Full Cream Milk 3 tbsp maple syrup (or rice malt syrup) 3 tsp vanilla essence 6 cups Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt 3 cups seasonal berries 1 ½ cup hazelnuts icing sugar, to serve
Place a medium saucepan over low-medium heat and pour in milk. Add chocolate and stir occasionally making sure the milk doesnt boil. Once chocolate has melted, add maple syrup and vanilla and stir until combined. Place Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt in a large mixing bowl then pour chocolate mixture over the top. Fold in the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated. Spoon in serving glasses and chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
Presentation: Garnish with seasonal berries and nuts. Lightly dust with icing sugar.
