This sorbet recipe using Pauls Professional All Natural Yoghurt is a refreshing addition a dessert menu or as a pallet cleanser between courses.
Time 20 minutes plus chill time

6 cups Pauls Professional All Natural Yoghurt 4 1/2 cups sugar 4 1/2 cups water 9 limes, juice and zest 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in large bowl and whisk until combined. Pour ingredients into ice cream maker and follow machine instructions. Once mixture is hard, pour into airtight container and then into freezer. Chill until hardened.
Presentation: Scoop sorbet into separate bowls and garnish with lime zest.
