9 cups chia seeds
6 cups Pauls Professional All Natural Yoghurt
5.6 L Pauls Professional Skinny Milk
6 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1.5 cups vanilla extract
3 cups coconut flakes
3 cups trail mix
¾ cups cinnamon
Honey to taste
Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla and half the blueberries in a large bowl. Place in fridge. After one hour, stir again and leave in fridge overnight. Remove bowl from fridge and stir again.
Presentation:
Spoon pudding into serving bowls or glasses. Garnish with remaining blueberries, yoghurt, trail mix, coconut flakes and cinnamon. Drizzle with honey.
