This bite-sized, crowd-pleasing snack is quick to prepare, making it the perfect addition to a catering menu.

360g Lemnos Haloumi, cut into 1cm thick slices
2 tbsp oregano, coarsely chopped
20 prosciutto slices, cut into 1cm thick strips
2 tsbp olive oil
Lemon wedges to serve
Oregano sprigs to serve
Heat frying pan over medium heat. Combine haloumi and oregano in large bowl, gently toss. Wrap strip of prosciutto around each haloumi slice and brush lightly with oil. Cook haloumi for 1 minute each side or until golden.
Presentation:
Garnish serving platter with lemon wedges and oregano sprigs. Serve immediately.
