Us with a Twist

If you look closely, Pauls Professional has had a branding refresh. Launched to market from mid-September, all Pauls Professional milks (full cream, Trim, Skinny and Café Crema) have been updated with new coloured vignettes to tie in with the product’s new branding.

The bottles also feature the inclusion of the Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) logo in support of Pauls Professional’s National Latte Art Sponsorship.

For the past year, Pauls Professional has been the official milk provider and sponsor of this prestigious event, which sees the country’s best regional baristas compete for the national title and chance to compete on the world stage.

From snails to monkeys, butterflies to birds, the latte art competition brings out weird and wonderful creations, but key to achieving a high standard of latte art is the quality of milk used and the barista’s ability to texture it to competition standards.

“While we know Pauls Professional products are perfectly complementary to great quality coffee, in this competition it’s all about achieving a perfectly smooth texture which our products deliver under high pressure,” says Jane Clarke, Lactalis Australia Foodservice Brand Manager and ASCA Judge.

“To see the incredible designs that Australia’s best baristas create with a shot of coffee and our milk is incredible. They produce true works of art, and we at Pauls Professional are proud to support it as official sponsors – and share that awareness with a broader audience via our new branding.”
