New Galbani Professionale Pizza Cheese 2kg

 

Galbani dates back to 1882 where father and son Davide and Egidio Galbani first started making cheese in the lush Alpine valley village of Ballabio in Italy. Little did they imagine their cheese brand would one day become Italy’s number one, and sold the world over.

 

Lactalis Foodservice Executive Chef Chris Mason says the Galbani Professionale Pizza Cheese is a great product for baking and grilling, and is versatile in the foodservice kitchen.

 

“Even though it’s a pizza cheese it can also be used in many products. It’s my go-to for meals such as chicken parmigiana or pasta bake,” he says.

 

It’s a traditional blend of mozzarella and cheddar catering to everyday menu favourites, with exceptional texture and coverage. Chris says it’s slow-melting, ideal for pizza ovens, creamy with a light to medium browning, with high stretchiness. A traditional blend for everyday pizza favourites.

New Pre?sident Professionnel Tasty Cheese 96 Slices

 

Pre?sident Professionnel Tasty Cheese 96 Slices are ideal for a broad range of culinary applications, with a medium to sharp taste and excellent melting properties. Now in a new 96 slices value pack, the pre-sliced tasty cheddar cheese allows for a faster prep time. Executive Chef Chris says it gives you the perfect thickness on application every time.

New Pre?sident Professionnel Cultured Culinary Butter Minitubs are individual portions ideal for breakfast and meals.
