A light, stretched curd cheese, new Galbani Professionale Shredded Mozzarella holds a soft texture and milky flavour. With superior melting properties, Galbani Professionale Shredded Mozzarella is broadly used within the foodservice market as it is a staple ingredient for restaurants, cafes and caterers, most commonly used in pizza, pasta, mexican, toasted sandwiches and salads. Galbani Professionale Shredded Mozzarella is shredded in a 6mm crescent cut and is available in a 2kg bag, with a shelf life of 4 months.
The low moisture content of Parmesan cheese helps develop more flavour and character as the cheese ages. The new Shredded Parmesan from Galbani Professionale has distinct, robust, concentrated flavours, with slightly sweet and fruity accents. Parmesan is a cheese with a variety of applications in cafes and restaurants and is most typically used for pizza, pasta, soup, risotto or as a salad garnish. Galbani Professionale Shredded Parmesan is cut into 1.8mm V cuts and is available in a 1kg bag with a shelf life of 8 months.
The most popular cheese in Australia, Cheddar accounts for almost half of all cheese sold and consumed in the country. Cheddar is broadly utilised across the industry across all customer groups, including clubs, hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, educational facilities and Quick Service Restaurants. Président Professionnels products are hard cheeses with a sharp, full taste. Use Présidents tasty cheddar in pasta, sandwiches, baked goods, salads and sauces. Président Professionnel is available in 2kg bags of 6mm crescent cut shreds or in a 2.4kg block.
Président Professionnels Processed Cheese Sandwich Slices are ideal for sandwiches, toasts and burgers thanks to their smooth, uniform melting quality. Available in 1.5kg packs consisting of 81 slices, Président Professionnel Processed Cheese Sandwich Slices have a shelf life of 12 months and hold their flavour and texture for the duration.
Similar to the Processed Cheese Sandwich Slices, Président Professionnels Tasty Cheese Slices are suitable for sandwiches, melts and burgers as well as a broad range of other applications, including vegetarian recipes containing only non-animal rennet. Full flavoured with a medium taste, Président Professionnel Tasty Cheese Slices also have excellent melting properties. With 72 slices per 1.5kg pack, Président Professionnel Tasty Cheese Slices have a 9 month shelf life.
