Ingredients

300g Président Professionnel Culinary Butter Salted
300g Icing Sugar
2 shots 60ml of Brandy (or to taste)

Method

  1. Cream butter and icing sugar together until light and fluffy
  2. Whisk the Brandy into the butter mix.
    Serve with Christmas pudding
